Rare autograph letter signed by him, dated in Puteaux, France in June (1834), in Italian, with translation included. Size is 5. 25 x 6. 75 inches. Bellini mentions being in the country for the composition of an opera, I Puritani, which would be his last. Two small holes, not affecting the signature, overall yellowish tone, otherwise in very good condition.
